So many of you have been asking for me to create a cookbook and it's finally here!
I’ve dreamed of publishing my own cookbook since I was a teenager and it felt incredibly surreal to hold it in my hands for the first time recently.
My first cookbook, Wholesome By Sarah, consists of over 100 recipes to make your lives easier. My weeknight dinners and recipes are simple, fast, healthy, family friendly and SO yummy.
I’ve included recipes that use everyday ingredients wherever possible. As well as nourishing bowls of soup, one-pot gems and drool-worthy salads, there are chapters on new ways with budget-friendly staples, such as pasta, mince and the humble can of tuna.
There are no tricky techniques here - I keep it simple wherever possible and have created recipes that are fresh, fast and full of flavour. I also share foolproof formulas for building perfect salads and stir-fries; killer marinade, spice rub and salad dressing ideas; plus loads of practical tips to streamline life in the kitchen.
I'm so grateful for all the support from everyone so far and have really enjoyed taking you on this wonderful journey with me. I’m absolutely obsessed with my cookbook and I can’t wait for you to get your hands on one.
