Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Delays:

• While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

Eligibility:

• All sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
• However we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for items which are deemed faulty, damaged or whereby the incorrect product has been sent.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our  customer service team within 14 days of receiving the order. 

• Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refund or Exchange for Damaged or Faulty Items:

• Once the returned items are received and inspected, if deemed faulty or  damaged, we will process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
