Over 20 years ago I started on a healing journey supporting my young family through various health concerns. It was a tough few years, being a new mother and coping with my own health, as well as my kids! I was compelled to seek complementary solutions to support us, I started seeing a Naturopath and Kinesiologist.

Something in me was awoken through these experiences, I now know realise this has been with me for many life times. Soon after I began my own studies to learn how to facilitate the healing journey for others.

I started study in Kinesiology and Flower Essences then moved onto Reiki, Crystals, Bowen Therapy, Shamanism and others too many to list.

Goddess and Cacao Ceremonies came next and to this day These rituals are an incredibly powerful and important part of my offering – it is an honour to share this sacred and ancient medicine with others. More recently I have taken a deeper dive into facilitating Women’s Circles, for the creation of heartfelt connection and ritual to space share the sacred feminine.

I began by using Kinesiology, Flower Essences, Reiki and Bowen Therapy to treat people and animals with my initial practice located in Perth, WA. When I returned to country SA in 2009, I felt a disconnect from my spiritual path and lacked direction at the time. It was in studying a diploma in embodying the goddess. Where I found support from like-minded souls. Here I was led deep into the shadow work for my own healing and this is where I learnt that I did not need to do this alone!

I had found my tribe.

Increasing requests from people for readings and essences made me realise I was being called back to this work. It was not long before I was called to practise again and here I am today with my business Primal Healing Australia, feeling like I am exactly where I am meant to be.

My passion is to support others in their journey to self love. I am aware of how often people don’t nurture, let alone love themselves. My mandate is to offer others the tools that allow this key relationship within to blossom.
