TO USE YOUR THERAPY HEAT BAG

TO HEAT- To use your Therapy bag as a heat bag simply place in the microwave with a small glass of water at 30 second intervals for about 3 minutes or until you get your desired temperature,never leave the therapy bag unattended whilst heating in the Microwave.

TO COOL- Your therapy heat bag can be placed in a zip lock bag and placed in the freezer for several to be used as a cool pack

Do not place in the oven to heat

Sponge clean and dry in the sun, do not put in the washing machine to clean
