TO USE YOUR THERAPY HEAT BAG

NATURAL - Can be used just as it is - offering you a relaxing calming and warming comforter to snuggle up too, leave on your side dresser and admire its beauty while enjoying its aroma that will fill the room.

TO HEAT- To use your Therapy bag as a heat bag simply place in the microwave with a small glass of water at 30 second intervals for about 3 minutes or until you get your desired temperature,never leave the therapy bag unattended whilst heating in the Microwave.

TO COOL- Your therapy heat bag can be placed in a zip lock bag and placed in the freezer for several to be used as a cool pack
